Eastmark, previously known as Mesa Proving Grounds, celebrates the hallmarks of the region: innovation, commerce, community and connectedness. The name ‘Eastmark’ represents the newest DMB community and a locator for the region offering unprecedented access to transportation, education, healthcare, housing and employment.

Eastmark encompasses five square miles (3,200 acres) in the center of the East Valley – connected to major freeways and near the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and ASU Polytechnic Campus. This place will artfully blend together residential, retail, tourism, recreation and employment into one destination.

Eastmark will be built on a core belief that true community is predicated on having energy, vitality and a human connection. In fact, we believe a true community can be the nucleus for an entire area. And we believe that in a true community, homes are only part of a thriving whole.
