Centerpoint on Mill™ In keeping with DMB's approach to creating legacy projects, DMB plans to modify the existing entitlements for our 24-acre mixed-use project, Centerpoint on Mill in Tempe. Proposed changes will create a vibrant, mixed-use urban environment featuring residential, retail, entertainment, hospitality and office uses. Centerpoint on Mill was one of DMB’s first commercial projects and involved the re-development of the property in partnership with the City of Tempe. We expect our legacy and stewardship with the community of Tempe to continue as we move forward through the planning and redevelopment process. |
